The National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC) was requested by the Registrar of the Plant Improvement Act to facilitate a workshop to debate the Southern African Citrus Improvement Scheme (CIS) as a statutory scheme under the Plant Improvement Act (Act 53 of 1976) (PIA).
