Invitation To Directly Affected Groups in The Oilseeds Industry to Forward Comments Regarding the Request from the SA Cultivar and Technology Agency (SACTA), for the Continuation of Levies on Soybeans for Breeding and Technology Purposes
There is the risk that more countries will impose export bans on their crops amid heightened global food security concerns and elevated food prices as war rages in Ukraine.
The NAMC is committed towards facilitating the development support for smallholder farmers, in particular those that they have already linked with markets.

Currently, the NAMC employees are working remotely and will return to the office on Monday, 05 May 2025 due to minor renovations that are still being finalised.
The visitors and stakeholders are also advised not to visit until the renovations are finalised.
